Organizations
Workspaces that contain your team's projects and data.
An organization is the top-level workspace in AgentPRD. All data — projects, sources, insights, and settings — is scoped to an org.
Creating an organization
You create your organization during onboarding. Give it a name and you're ready to go.
What's inside
- Projects — your PRD workspaces.
- Sources — your imported customer data.
- Insights — extracted from your sources by AgentPRD.
- Members — the people on your team.
- Integrations — connected tools (Fathom, Granola, Linear, email forwarding).
- Settings — organization configuration and preferences.
Roles
AgentPRD has three roles:
- Owner — full control over the organization. Assigned to whoever creates the org.
- Admin — can manage members, integrations, and settings.
- Member — can create and edit projects, sources, and insights.

Multi-org support
Users can belong to multiple organizations. Switch between them from the workspace selector.
