Organizations

Workspaces that contain your team's projects and data.

An organization is the top-level workspace in AgentPRD. All data — projects, sources, insights, and settings — is scoped to an org.

Creating an organization

You create your organization during onboarding. Give it a name and you're ready to go.

What's inside

  • Projects — your PRD workspaces.
  • Sources — your imported customer data.
  • Insights — extracted from your sources by AgentPRD.
  • Members — the people on your team.
  • Integrations — connected tools (Fathom, Granola, Linear, email forwarding).
  • Settings — organization configuration and preferences.

Roles

AgentPRD has three roles:

  • Owner — full control over the organization. Assigned to whoever creates the org.
  • Admin — can manage members, integrations, and settings.
  • Member — can create and edit projects, sources, and insights.

Multi-org support

Users can belong to multiple organizations. Switch between them from the workspace selector.
