Fathom

The Fathom integration connects to your Fathom account to import meeting transcripts as sources. Once imported, AgentPRD automatically extracts insights from each recording.

Setup

1. Go to fathom.video/customize and scroll to API Access.
2. Click Add + to generate an API key (you only need the API key, not a webhook secret).
3. Copy the key.
4. In AgentPRD, go to Settings > Integrations and click Connect Fathom.
5. Paste your API key and click Connect.

Import meetings

1. Go to Sources > Add Source > Fathom.
2. Browse your recorded meetings.
3. Select the meetings you want to import.
4. AgentPRD automatically extracts insights from each transcript.

Each imported meeting becomes a source with origin "fathom."

Auto-import

After connecting, new recordings can be auto-imported via webhook. When Fathom records a new meeting, it notifies AgentPRD and the transcript is imported and processed automatically -- no manual selection needed.
