Linear
Import customer requests and labeled issues from Linear.
The Linear integration connects to your Linear workspace to import customer requests and labeled issues as sources. Feedback buried in tickets becomes structured, citable insights in your PRDs.
Setup
- Go to Settings > Integrations.
- Click Connect Linear.
- Authorize AgentPRD via the OAuth prompt in Linear.
Configure sync
After connecting, choose what to import:
- Customer Requests — sync Linear's built-in customer requests. Enable this to automatically import feedback your team tracks through Linear's customer requests feature.
- Issues by label — sync issues that match specific labels. Pick the labels that represent customer feedback (e.g. "user-feedback", "bug-report").
You can also filter by team to limit which teams' data is imported. Only items matching your filters are synced -- you won't get flooded with every ticket in your workspace.
How it works
- Issues matching your filters are imported as sources.
- AgentPRD automatically extracts insights from each imported issue.
- Each imported item becomes a source with its origin tracked for filtering.
Real-time sync
Linear sends webhook updates to AgentPRD when issues change. Sources stay current as issues are updated, commented on, or resolved -- no manual re-import needed.
