AgentPRD
Core Concepts

Sources

Customer data that feeds your PRDs.

Sources are the raw customer data you import into AgentPRD. They are the starting point of the pipeline — everything flows from sources to insights to PRDs.

Source types

  • Transcript — interview recordings, meeting notes, and call transcripts.
  • Document — research reports, strategy docs, and competitive analyses.
  • Feedback — support tickets, survey responses, and user messages.

Adding sources

There are several ways to bring data into AgentPRD:

  • Paste text — drop in content directly.
  • Upload files — drag and drop .txt, .md, .pdf, or .docx files.
  • Fathom — import meeting recordings automatically.
  • Granola — import meeting notes automatically.
  • Linear — import customer requests and labeled issues.
  • Email forwarding — forward emails to your-slug@in.agentprd.com.
  • Fetch from URL — provide a link and AgentPRD pulls the content.

How sources work

Sources are org-scoped — they belong to your organization and are available across all projects, not locked to one. When you add a source, AgentPRD automatically extracts insights from it.

Each source tracks its origin (manual, fathom, granola, email, csv) so you can filter your sources by how they were collected.
