Email Forwarding
Forward emails to automatically create sources.
Email forwarding converts forwarded emails into sources with automatic insight extraction. Forward customer feedback, support tickets, or interview notes and they become sources with automatically extracted insights.
Setup
- Go to Settings > Integrations.
- Enable email forwarding.
- Note your org's email address:
your-slug@in.agentprd.com(whereyour-slugis your workspace's URL slug).
How to use
Forward any email to your org's address. The email content is saved as a new source and AgentPRD automatically extracts insights.
Each forwarded email becomes a source with origin "email."
Tips
- Support tickets -- forward escalations or recurring complaints to spot recurring themes.
- Customer replies -- forward feedback from sales threads or NPS responses.
- Meeting follow-ups -- forward post-meeting recap emails to capture action items and feedback.
